Hey all
I'm adding a rule that you can't win two weeks in a row. Also, if they time is tied for 1st local (which is quite likely this coming week, the winner will be selected randomly).
Winners of sub-tourney week 4 are:
1. C09-Race: Bazinga
2. E-5: D&A
3. B04-Acrobatic: Racehans
Congrats to all winners!
